Urgent: Trina and Oliviah Jr. Face Deadline Tomorrow |
Shelter life is breaking them. They need out now. |

Tomorrow is their deadline. They have to get out. We are reaching out with heavy hearts about two special girls who desperately need our help. Trina and Oliviah Jr. have been on the shelter's urgent list for 10 days, and tomorrow — August 13th — is the day we have all been dreading.
These girls are not urgent because they are bad dogs. They are urgent because shelter life is taking too much from them. The shelter staff has exhausted every resource to help improve their quality of life — extra enrichment, extra walks, veterinarian recommended medication, and constant advocacy. Despite everything being done to keep them comfortable, they are continuing to decline.
Who Are Trina and Oliviah Jr.?Trina and Oliviah Jr. are the last two girls remaining on the urgent list. They are sweet, loving dogs who simply cannot thrive in a shelter environment. The stress and confinement are breaking them down, no matter how much care they receive.
These decisions are not made lightly or with haste. The shelter has done everything they can. Now it is up to us — the rescue community — to step in.
How You Can Help
Time Is Running OutEvery moment counts. Trina and Oliviah Jr. deserve a chance to thrive outside of the shelter walls. They are not broken — they are simply suffering in an environment that is too much for them. Save the Doggie is committed to helping however we can, but we need fosters, adopters, and advocates to make it happen.
